We are thrilled to introduce Tasliym Morales as UHAB’s first Chief of People and Culture! Her appointment results from an organization-wide effort to build diversity, equity, and inclusion into all aspects of our work and create a workplace environment where every team member thrives.

Joining an organization that’s working to expand homeownership opportunities is deeply personal for Tasliym.

In her words:

“Having direct experience with homelessness as a child and a young mother, I was drawn to the mission and vision of UHAB. Homeownership is a fundamental dream for so many Americans. I aspire to establish UHAB as a cultural magnet for talent retention and attraction. I will do this by ensuring that UHAB employees feel empowered, trusted, valued, and cared for by leadership and one another; that our external partnerships align to UHAB’s mission; and that UHAB stands out as a safe space of belonging for all.”
